We never expected such poor/bad actions from well known company like USHA SHRIRAM.
• Repairing of Personal Cooler need one month??? that also in the peak summer!!!
• Customer has to suffer just for trusting the BRAND!!!
What a worst experience with USHA SHRIRAM (INDIA)!! I purchased a personal cooler Lexus PC 2524A from the Spencer outlet in Jaipur on 08/03/09. It was stopped to work from 06/07/09 and since the product is under Guaranty period I have launched a complaint on 07/07/09 in the Jaipur service centre (0141 22915371). 1149 was the complaint number. However we could see a very poor response and nobody turned for 3days even though after giving so many follow-ups. Finally I went to the Spencer informed the same and they have called the service centre and asked to attend the complaint and also informed Service Head (mob. 9829982131) also. Again no response for two days and on 5th day a service technician attended the complaint and said that since the guiding bush (rubber one) of the shaft was damaged d need change the total assembly. He said that he did not have the part so will comeback next day and repair the cooler. Very interesting nobody turned yet even though the follow up calls.

As you are aware that nobody can survive in Rajasthan without cooler in the peak summer. Hello, we have suffered a lot for a month for just purchasing a Lexus personal Cooler from your company.
We fail to understand that, Why are you cheating the customer. What about the customer liability under the Guaranty period? Really it is a horrible experience!!!
We have never expect such a bad behaviour from USHA SHRIRAM (INDIA).
Can you just thing about the customer who trusted you brand and purchased your Product and land up with big problem.
Finally I just Inform you that If do not get it repaired within two days, I am going to give this article to PRESS as well as in the Consumer Court for about your inferior product and difficulties customer had last four weeks.
