Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased your Pureit classic product on October in 2012. Since then it is not filtering the water and leakage is also occuring from the top and bottom part. I registered the complaint on 29 nov 12 complaint no C124631366, on 05 Dec12 cmplnt no C124672556 and 10 Jan 13 complaint no C124650531 . Every time i got the message " Your complaint has been attended, so give your feedback". I dont know without even coming here how they can say that they have attended my complaint.
Subsequently I chased up about my complaint in every alternate day. Every time they say that they have forwarded it to higher authority for urgent action.
however, it is the issue of drinking water so i will wait for the three days and then i am going to register the complaint in the consumer court for under warranty product for non reaction and difficulties faced by consumer over the time.
