Poor after sales service

I purchased vent air chimney in july. they had promised 3 free servicing in the 1st year but till now i have received none from the. now the problem is the oil is tripling down from the nossles whenever i try to use it. i have been calling the customer service to send people for emergency servicing since the last 1 week but till no nobody turned up. when i called up the customer centre the third time, they rudely spoke to me on the phone and in the fourth call, they received the call but without talkng, just hung up the phone. but they have till now not sent any person for fixing up the problem.

they talk extremely rudely on phone and have dissatisfactory after sales service. they just don't care once their products are sold.
