Product delivery or cancellation of orde

I have been ordered LED TV from timtara.com as on dated 01.11.12. order no is 10346782. but product not delivered yet. many times approach to the customer care but they didn't take any effective action. 2.5 months have been already passed but still waiting for the same.

please look into the matter and give your valuable suzzation for short out the matter.
