I had purchase One No. Mobile handset airfone af26 from the show room, opened at Rajeev Chowk Metro Station, New Delhi on 13.05.2010 for Rs. 3, 500/-
The hand set hardly worked for 20 days and it stopped working. I approached it on phone with the seller but they told me that they are not responsible to give any service and and all services shall be offered by Airfone only.
Now, please the list of harassment, which I faced :
1. I called 6 times to get the address of service centre,
2. I visited their service centre on 18.06. located at Kalka Ji, who told me that the Display is to be changed. And they were agreed to replace it FoC basis, but I had to leave my handset with them for 15 days, for which I refused.
3. Again I visited East Patel Nagar Service Ceentre, keeping in mind that my mobile shall be repaired on FoC basis at same time.
4. But when I visited the centre, they told that this will be repaired on chargeable basis only. I requested them again and again but they didn't and recovered Rs. 594/- inclusive of service charge as Rs. 150/- before handing over the handset to me. And that too at 5 pm against my various requests.
I would request you to please look into the matter and give justice by returning the money, which they recovered from me towards service under warranty as well as towards the harassment.
