Sir i had purchased a handset of this company AF31 on 17 august form a shop in delhi with bill. after 3months of purchase the set started developing functional defects and we looked for its authorised service centres in delhi as the gadget was in its gaurenty period. after 2 months search we were sent to its authorised centre classic communication located at b5/57 sect 7 rohini. where we handed over the set along with all copies of bill.
after a week the centre tiold us that the set could not be rectified for itd defects as the company could not provide its application tool so it would take a little more time we kept on waiting for about a month and after repeated visits the set was given to us and ask to see its functioning. after 1 day again same problems developed and we returned back the set to the service centre. again after 1 month it was returned saying that the software has been reloaded and changed as previous software was defected, we brought it back but the set could not be turned on again we submitted the same. and till date we have not recieved the set whenever we visit the centere new excuses are presented to us. no response, no feed back, no update, only new reasons like it has been sent to company iyself for replacement of motherboard, it has been dispatched but not yet recieved, company has broken up its tie up and so on%%%. still we are waiting for the handset. now as its gaurantee period is about to get over what are we suppose to do still we are without the handset. we have been forced to purchase another handset so we can keep our work going, kindly repalce our instrument along with the compensation for the loss of our time and mental pece and unneccesary purchase of another handset.and mental harrasment caused to us fighting every tinme at the service centre
