Alance cutting every 15-25 day

Dear Sir,

Iam use airtel mobile connection (09928355240) in last 4 year, airtel gave good service, but last 4-5 month they gave big problem, they always cuting 25 rupes every 15-25 days for game world, but i dont use this service, iam many time complan, 3-4 time balance is also renwed, customer care stop my service is & renwed my money but after some time this problem return. customer care blem to me for use this service. what we can do. iam not stopped this number . & also not paid unnecessary.
