Delivered in broken pieces

I had sent a grand father clock with awb nos *529327*, *529328*, *529336* on 5 March from chennai. It reached Patna on 13 March but in completely broken pieces. I have returned the clock back as it was no use to keep a clock broken in pieces. It was a very costly clock amounting to Rs 28, 000. I demand compensation from them at the earliest.
