Sir,
1. It is informed that deduction from main balance have been deducted Rs. 0.30 at frequently intervals without browsing the internet. Due this reason i have switch off the mobile since last two days for maximum times.
2. Whenever mobile is switched on a dialoge seen on desktop that "INVALID USER & PASSWORD" and deducting 30 paise. The same can be verified from your records also.
3. I have contacted many times for the same and calls are transferred to seniors without noting down the complains by your Customer Care and after holding a long period no response given by the seniors.
4. You are requested to resolve the problem on priority and credit the debited amount. The same problem was also happened earlier with me and on resolving the amount credited.
