Will not fulfill customer contract

My current contact with Airtel to fix the below problems has been 37 phone calls, 15 texts and 13 emails over 1 month. My frustration level is beyond high and I am absolutely sure that Airtel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

- The contract I signed said I would receive 4 months 300 Rs in credit. After 6 weeks I was told my credit had expired and my service was disconnected. Despite faxing in twice and e-mailing 6 times my contract with the 4 months on it and hearing from 12 different people that my account would be refunded within 24 hours, my account has been disconnected for 6 days.

- For nearly 3 weeks we only had about 4 English channels, the rest of the channels we pay for (CNN, BBC, Bloomberg, PIX) are all black. The company initially said they would refund us for this time period, but on recent phone calls have said this is not possible.

- I have been trying to add the Zee café pack to my TV for 2 months. I have texted, called and even asked engineers that come to the house. No luck.

- Our reception is horrible, the picture gets fuzzy and goes out every other minute, it is almost impossible to watch an entire show

- When I have contacted customer support via phone, most of the time I am hung up on when the representative cannot help with the complaint, I have received many many follow up calls where I select “UNSATISFIED” as my response, but this does nothing.
