I ahve purchased a blackberry 8900 from airtel for around INR 23000 on 26th july 09 and its been only 4 months that the silver lining of my phone has has faded without any physical damage or dropping and when i showed it in GK 2 service centre they are not ready to change it in warranty which is a very sad thing after purchasing such an expensive handset please let me know who is the higher authority to be contacted
