I have purchased an handset of your company, model no.k320. on dated 06-03, from
Shree Ganpati Mobile Care near Suraj Book shop, Main Road Haibowal Kalan Ludhiana 141001.Bill no.248.The IMEI no.of the hand set is 35332201-206988-7
The total amount was RS.5100.
But the hand set was not working properly.
On dated 12-05 the set was sent for service to B.M.SERVICES, shop no.6, Pearl Palace, Ghumar mandi Ludhiana.
The problem was can't take/ save pictures, bluetooth problem, phone hang. Engineer remarks was software upgrade.(complaint id SES07BMS12432)
On dated 08-06 the set was again sent for service to HARJEEO CORPORATION 19-A Shastri Nagar OPP R.S.Model school, Model Town Ludhiana.
The problem was the same. (complaint id SES07HJC10413)
On dated 13-06 the set was again sent for service to HARJEEO CORPORATION 19-A Shastri Nagar OPP R.S.Model school, Model Town Ludhiana.

On dated 21-06 the set was again sent for service to SALORA INTERNATIONAL Ltd S.C.O 206-207, second floor, sector 34A Chandigarh.

On dated 08-11 the set was again sent for service to B.M.SERVICES, shop no.6, Pearl Palace, Ghumar mandi Ludhiana.
The problem was again the same plus on/off problem while calling. The remarks was "the set is ok and ready". But still the set is not working properly.
