Non supply of battery

Sir,

It is to bring to yur kind notice that, we have been using your pureit for the last one and a half year. Recently the battery is exhausted, and I registered a complaint for the supply of batter for about four times the first one for about 20 days back. Regularly calling the people over the helpline number wasting our valuable time and money. Till date, no supply is made by the Pureit people of West marred pally unit of Secunderabad so far.

Some of my complaint numbers are C07258823, C07269832 etc,

Now we are completely vexed with the negligent attitude of the people of your organisation. We had a high regard for your organisation hence, went for your product. Now are repenting for the same and advising against your product for our known people on account of this reckless attutudes of your people.
