Stop Renewing Jobs Alerts

Sir/Madam

I am Kiran Paul (#155, Sutlej Hostel, JNU, New Delhi) and I have an Airtel Prepaid connection with the no. 9650130613. Without any intimation, the Provider activated Jobs Alerts service on my no. and continues to renew the service charging Re.1 per day. Sending SMS to 121 to stop the service is also not working. I request your attention to this matter at the earliest.
