I am an Airtel Customer for nearly six months. My grievance is that your network is not responding to the stopping of unwanted telemarketing calls.

Whenever I used to send SMS to 1909 requesting "START DND", your network is

not at all registering it. Moreover, I am fed up with the unwanted calls and messages very often. It has become really a headache for me. Hence I request you to urgently

intervene in the matter and arrange to solve the matter at your earliest.

Another complaint is that for the past couple of weeks, your network is very weak in my area. In my mobile, the tower signal is very weak. May be due to the optimisation of your connection. But this causes interruptions in my calls and often the calls are being cutted again and again. what a shame to a Telecom Service Provider like Airtel...

You are requested to immediately arrange to set up a new tower in our area.
