Deduction for MMS

I have a Airtel Connection No.9940575099. To my surprise, I find often my balance drops down. This I understand is due to erroneous deduction of Rs.2/call towards MMS, which I have not opted for.

If the aforesaid MMS deduction is not dispensed with immediately and refund for their erroneous deduction is not effected immediately, I shall be constrained to resort to legal course of action at their risk and cost. I shall also do not hesitate to bring this matter before the Telecom Regulatory Authority. I hope the Airtel will not resort to looting of customers money without their consent, which may badly tell upon the reputation of the Company.
