Deducted money for no reasons

Hi,

I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection. Today morning (27-05) Rs.20 from my balance was deducted saying that my connection has been renewed for weekly subscription. I have not subscribed for any services. When I called them and asked, they said they will not return the money back as the option is not available to return money back.

Request you to take action against this.
