Deducting currency

I have opted the plan of 50paise per call to any network and 150 sms free per day.but i am being deducted 1r every day with out reason. And this is being done with out giving any prior information of doing so. And when called to customer care, they are rejecting the which is not fair on their part to do.please solove my problem.
