There is a problem or some kind of hanky panky going on with airtel's prepaid services. I had gone out of the country for 2 months and when i returned, i found that my number has been recycled and the money that was in it disappeared. No one seems competent or capable enough to solve this problem. I have had this no. for 10 years, and have been out of the country every year for a period of 2-6months, without ever encountering such a problem. Someone has played around and cheated me out of my money and i strongly object to this kind of fraud or scam... whatever u may want to call it.
It's not enough to employ a 1000 bodies, if not one is competent or with any kind os sense. I live in Kalyaninagr, Pune, with an Airtel office close by, But if u go there, the lack of knowledge of the airtel product and customer service training is pretty obvious. No one seems interested in solving any problem. All they know how to do is recharge... no idea of what schemes are available or anything about the company's offers.
I really don't know why anyone would want to do business with such an incompetent lot of people.
I would like to resolve this ASAP!!
