Hello Sir,
I was using free GPRS Pack in my mobile for the past 6 months. The free pack
was completed at 4th Aug. I called customer care to subscribe 98 GPRS pack
on 6th Aug and Executive said that he will activate the pack in another 3
hours. After that I was using internet and I was getting more unbilled amount
daily. So I called customer care to check the status of the GPRS 98 pack on
22nd Aug. In that call, I came to know that the pack was not activated. So
again I requested him to activate the GPRS pack. And I am using the GPRS in my
mobile. Ticket no for reference (F917790973). Now my bill amount is 1619 and
GPRS usage charge is 1115. Again I called Customer care on 8th Sep 2011 and
explained the above issue and I requested him to revise my GPRS usage charges.
He said he needs to review the my calls and then he can revise the charges. He
said he will get back to me after reviewing the call. Interaction No is
(927363070). But no response from anyone for the next 2 days.
Then again I called Customer care and raised ticket and explained about the
issue and he sent email to his manager to revise the bill. Ticket No is
39494114. I received call from customer care and they revised Rs 450 from my
GPRS usage. I am not satisfied by this resolution. Because my GPRS usage bill
is 1115.
I am not responsible for the usage amount of Rs.1115. I need to revise my GPRS usage amount Rs.1115 from Aug month Bill
