Net speed is very low

Dear sir, Madam

I am not satisfy your net speed you are comment me you r providing 7.2 mbps speed so i m purchase two 3g usb modem mobile Internet but you r not provide the speed actually you 2kbps 1kbps that is downloading speed. my no. is that for use in the modem two no. 9910748402, 9910748486 this no. is basically use in the modems so the purchase time 25/Dec many time call with your back-and support but not provide the help. so please focus on my problem.
