Dth not working from 4days

Dth not working from 4 days and tired calling the call center but not yet they have resolved the problem.

i call them everyday and they say give us 24hours to resolve the problem and more over company like Air-tel don't have new set top box to replace the old faulty once.

totally tired and the same problem had occurred few months back and the same story has repeated again
