I have been with airtel for a long time. I switched my mobile number from Bsnl to Airtel as i found airtel more beneficial but without my concern my airtel planned has been changed and i am finding it costly. I have complaint many times but no action has been taken and today in the morning automaticly Rs. 25 deducted from my account. plz take the action as soon as possible
