Set top box not working

Sir we have filed a complaint and our complaint no is 16527109 dated 16/02, 16551327 dated 27/2 and 16573949 dated 28/02 regarding our set top box which shows red light only and the red light does not change into green after turning it on from remote or fro set top box i recieved several calls from airtel digital tv engineer but no action was taken .the set top box was checked by an engineer he told that the set top box is to be replaced by a new one by swapping. i approached airtel digital tv anantnag but they are saying that they are not having any hardware . from 26th of february daily amount deduction was made from our account till date.so i hrerby request you to please solve this problem and refund our account by the amount that was deducted.
