As earlier i have informed you that i had made a complaint that my airtel digital tv settop box which is not working since 26/02 complaint no.1652709 but no action was taken till date ihave made a recharge of rs 200 on my customer id 3007838383 on 26/02 about rs 122 have been deducted from my account no action was taken on my complaint from 17 days i request that my set top box may please be replaced immediately and the amount that was deducted from my account should be refunded
