I recently got a Prepaid connection from Idea Cellular. I charged my account on Idea web site. I got the confirmation that through SMS and on Website itself that my transaction was successful. Still no money is being credited to my account. When i tried to call at Idea Customer communication, first of all i was not able to get connected to them for a long long time. When i got connected... customer care resp. were talking like a dumb fool... They will not listen to us, they will keep on saying few learned sentences again and again... I tired almost 10 times and still helpless. Call center rep. are not trained and they even don;t know how to and what to reply... Bunch of fools... i a really very frustrated with IDEA... It is a very bad idea to have an idea connection... NEVER PAY ONLINE... Since they will not have any record to help you.
