LOSS OF SIGNALS

I purchased a digital tv in nov After 8 months of running, I suffered with the problem of loss of signals completely, after complaining many times to customer care, a service enginner visited & chrged Rs 100/- to resolved the probelem. But after one month same problem faced again, I make a call to Sonepat service center of Digital tv, Then again they Charged Rs 100/-, It happens Many times With in 4 month, Every Time they Charged Rs 100/- for resolving the problem

When I asked to Solve the problem Permanently they replied to Change the set up box with another old & repaired set up box against Rs 500/- Rs/- 100/- srevice charge,

I make complaint Many Times on customer Care Against the complaint No. 5153225 date 24 jan.

5195772 date 28 jan

5215825 date 30 jan

5232397 date 31 jan

Every time I got commitment to solve the problem soon but till today no action done by airtel.,

My question is How many time I have to pay the money for the same problem?

When it occoured First time then why not resolved permanently? That time my Set up Box Was in warenty Period, Now they charged Rs 500/- to replace this with old set up box.

You are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible
