We submit complain about not working set top box till 20-04. No action taken by company for repairing it. I call in service center of varanasi airtel company and many times of airtel engineer but no action taken by them. I daily call in service center not in one time several time but they say - Mam! today i haven't any engineer we send engineer tomorrow. But tomorrow is never come. I submit several times complain but in result no action taken by them. Airtel company consumer service is very bad...
