WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/heating not working

Microwave heating not working for a month. Complaint registered many times. Got the same complaint number each time, means complaint unattended. Reason given each time "Part Not Available". Service charge charged on the spot on the visit of the representative Mr. Mintu Kumar, Phone - 9818494825. I have a reciept for it. The representative when contacted later on his phone gives the same reason "Part Not Available" and then stops disconnecting my calls when recalled. When the local dealer "M/S EXCELLENT SERVICES" is contacted through whom Mr. Minto came, the reply is same from one Miss SHIKHA, Phone - 0124-4202856 that "Part Not Available" and then she adds another irresponsible and arrogant statement "Haan Haan Complaint Kar Dow Naa Ap Aur Woh Bhi Likhit Mein". This clearly shows the careless attitude of the company towards it's customer's and it's way of treating them as just another scape goat.

I am really sorry to be associated with IFB.
