This is very astonishing that instead of making several calls to customer care the set top box which is non functional and has to be replaced is not done.
I made a call on13th May stating my set top box is not working. The person came and replaced it with the adaptor. Again the same problem started after a month in end of June. Several calls were made but no one came. The set top box used to work sometimes and again it would become dead. This problem continued I had to call again on 31st July, 1st Aug but to my surprise as promised will send someone to solve the issue nobody turned up. I was very upset and again called up on 13th Aug and asked the call person to give my line to executive. I spoke to Mr. Gori and explained him my problem but he also did not solve my problem Instead told me that my warranty has expired on 8th Aug and I am supposed to pay Rs 750 and get new connection. the se Mr Prem was sent on 14th Aug and he asked us to pay Rs 750 and get new installation done.
The delay has been from your side and the customer has to suffer mentally. Not only that the calls which we have made who will bear the cost? Why should we pay for the new installation? it is dalay from your side. Why not the set top box was replaced within warranty period?
