Airtel dth tv
No Support

Hi,

I had purchased Airtel DTH TV in April in Bangalore and then after 5 months had shifted to a place called Hosur which is 40Km from Bangalore and it is in Tamil Nadu.

Below is the complaint,

1) Raised Service Request for reinstallation but NO SUPPORT in HOSUR. Had called Airtel DTH Customer Care many times and also got feedback call from Delhi but still NO ACTION is taken. Its nearly more than a Month had gone.

Am left helpless on whom to contact to get this done completely and resume watching TV.

2) Different customer care persons telling different charges for reinstallation.
