It is very sad to noticed that there has been subscription to some videos, music without any of my knowledge while accessing internet. The thing is i dont even access this Airtel Live product so far
As soon as i access INTERNET (1 month Rs98subscripted) even thought its not Company related site, activation of subscription messages will inbox me and then goes the normal deduction everyday from last two week and till now.
And the extreme part is all the helpline could not take me to the support executive to inform and resolve these issue although i have change my prefered language calling like 123 to English but remain same as local while calling 121, 198.
I would not even mind if my internet connection is totally block but atleast please stop unsolicited subscription to me and unauthorise balance deduction.
