Change of postpaid to prepaid

I mrs amita velhal and my husband mr rohit velhal are unhappy with the ostpaid billing system as the rental charges are too high and the vmonthly rental bill charges always go above 300 rs. even though our usage is not that much. Weould therefore like to chsnge our sim plan from postpaid tp prepaid.. kindly advice on the steps
