Cannot unsubscribe/deactivate from AIRTEL tv

I downloaded AIRTEL mobile TV app on my NOKIA 6100, & while browsing the channel packages i accidentally subscribed to one of the packages ie

All channels pack @Rs. 50/week for 40 min.

without any messages Rs. 50 was deducted from my balance.

When i tried to unsubscribe i couldn't find any way of unsubscribing. I tried sending message UNSUB to 54321 many times but with no results. when i tried to stop the service it says you are not subscribed to any service.

I have even removed the application, but FROM 03/05until today i.e.08/05 daily 10rs getting deducted. Initially it deducted Rs. 50 from my Airtel mobile automatically.

when i tried to reach Airtel customer care it doesn't allow me to contact customer care peopla. it doesn't let me contact them. It just disconnects.

i want you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I cannot keep on losing Rs.10/daily for application that i don, t use.
