Charged with wrong bill

Dear Concerned,

I am using my Airtel Mobile number (09810266677) from last 8 yrs & never faced any problem but last to last month i received a call to activate my GPRS service which earlier i was not using & they activated this next day itself but immediately within 10 days i realized that this service is no use for me & asked them to stop this service but they said it can be done after your bill will generate. When i received my bill the charges for GPRS was whopping 6000 Rs & that really given me shock because my bill use to be around 1500 Rs per month at the time of taking this service they said in 799 rs you can use unlimited GPRS in a month then how can they charge me with this amount & now they are threating me to discontinue my service because they know that i cant change my number.

This was the whole case & I have written several time to them but all went in vain, Now i m left with no hope from these people.

Request you to kindly intervene in this matter & give me a solution.
