Unwanted Browsing charges deduction automatically

Hai Sir,

My Mobile number is 9003231766 from airtel network.

am activate my number with 3g network, am using browsing rarely but still he charges regularly cut off 30paise deduction in my main balance with every 5mins once he dedect my account. Am complaint to my airtel customercare but he give me no response please action immediate..
