Wrong model delivered and not replaced

I ordered For a 7.1 Philips DVD Model No. DVP-5150 to indiatimes shopping order no 0111408200788819 But they are delivered me wrong model no 5.1 Philips DVD Model No. DVP-3120 i launch complaint no. 320607 dated 25.08.07 but they are not satisfying ans they given me another complaint no.337336 and till date no ans. Someone advice me what to do.
