This email is being written on behalf of Ruchi Dwivedi. She had taken this mobile connection on August 2 from one of your dealer in Bandra West. I have submitted all the documents of which I have received the confirmation from your customer service department. I have spoken to the dealer and he says that he has already sent the sms as well. But your customer care department says that they have not received the same. I am stuck in between your customer care department and your dealer. I am least bothered what happens, but ultimately the loser is me and I have to bear a lot of inconvenience.
I am sure at least next time I will not go in for an Airtel prepaid or postpaid card under any circumstances and will not allow others as well. Your service really SUCKS… I am here out to work from my home town and I have not been able to speak to my parents since last 3 days because of you guys… it is ridiculous
