Airtel pre paid
HELLO TUNES AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED

Dear Sir,

I am Rajaram singh using airtel prepaid connection from last two years. In november hello tunes automatically activated on my cell phone and deduct the activation amount. after that i put the de-activation massge to airtel it was disconnected. but again it activated on december and again my balance again deducted. again i call to airtel and wants to deactivte that service to my pre paid no. customer care will deactivte that service to my mobile but again in January amount deducted from mobile (hello tune services) so please take some actions for above mentioned problem.
