Balance being wrongly deducted
I have been an Airtel Customer for the past five years, but the last one month i am facing a problem of wrongly deduction of money from my prepaid. My Number is 9729353937 I have faced similar problem twice for which money was refunded both the times.
Services of Jokes and love quotes are being send daily and money is being deducted on daily basis, I have not made a single call during last month and already more than 70 Rs have deucted out of 100 recharged coupon. I have been making calls to the customer service everyday to deactivate the
service and But everytime i am asked to dial telephone password which i don't know and customer care people also say that cannot give any information related to this as they are not awatre of this. Kindly deactivate the additional services activated on my preapaid and also refund the amount for wrong deduction.
