Kenstar Washing Machine
Not working

I have purchased my washing machine in the year 2001 but due to some circumstances i was unable to use the machine. Being totally a new machine of which the seal was not even opened. and now i want to use this machine but it is not working. It is getting started but not washing the clothes. It drains out water.

I am feeling very bad about it as i am unable to use my new machine and it is lying just like a waste material in my home.

it is requested to u to kindly send the person and see the problem.
