Sir,
My airtel prepaid mobile number 9665617216 (may be life time Sim) has been deactivated, incoming/outgoing calls barred with no network. Presently i am in roaming (i.e. in AP). Without informing (voice call/text message) me the services have been dis connected. I tried to contact to customer care through phone and e-mail but till date no satisfactory reply received.
Please tell the remedial method or procedure to re-activate it.
