Not getting internet

I wanted internet on my cellphone. My number is 9686551742. I had asked the airtel outlet people and have recharged twice for rs.98 for the internet plan. But i am not getting any internet on my phone. The, message i am getting is packet data is not active, check internet connections, Kindly do the needful as soon a possible.
