I requested for a limited plan change on my landline broadband services. expecting my charges will go low but since than my charges have 10 times higher than the usual!! I recieved a billamount of 5436/- I was shocked to see the amount which was very high for any normal broadband services for residential use. When i raised the complaint at Airtel customer care i was informed this was the charges towards 1 gb extra usage after 3 Gb usage for 649/-, it was hilarious but sad... than i raised a complaint against the billing i was never informed about tariff plan & i was notified after completiung my allotted usage. But it is almost a month now i have raised the issue but i haven't heard from Airtel yet. Airtel customer care services are getting worst day by day.
