To find my phone and inform me

I travelled from Dubai to Delhi on 29.11.11 in flight number EK 512 and my seat number was 48D. I forget my telephone on seat and model was LG 300 it was dual sim and I lost my two cell numbers and that's were important for me than that of cell. Please inform me how I can get it if someone found my cell
