Akai t.v
New t.v. not while first installation itself not working

I purchased a new akai 21 inch t.v., model challenger 600 gold purchased 06 jan.

It is just getting swithed of by itself while it is on

While complaining to local akai t.v. service., one person named SHAKIR, told there is no such provision for this t.v..

Paradoxically I had received a call on previousday from the same office preiviousl day that the person will come for installation. Why i came to know all this because T.V. IS GETTING SWITHED OFF BY ITSELF.

This is a grave problem with brand new t.v. and at the same time mr. SHAKIR openly misbehaving about the complaint. What should consumer do?

should i Go to media and consumer court, after two days i will not have any other alternative.
