Dear Sir
this is to bring to your notice that my machine which is only three years old has been in a pathetic condition and all the parts of it have been replaced except the drum and the suspension. After repeated complaints today the serviceman is coming to replace the suspension. I request you to look into the matter and see if my machine can be replaced itself. My customer ID No is 2927965 and my last complaint no is 9138939. If my machine gives trouble again i will not inform you again but take it up with the consumer court directly.
