Sim activation delayed for more than one month and problem still remians

I have Airtel prepaid connection. Now i wanted to convert my connection to postpaid. For this they first deactivate the current sim and then again activate it. But since last one month i was waiting for my sim to get activated. Because of which i had not recharged my mobile because they say that if irecharge my prepaid connection. That recharged amount will not be carry forwarded to postpaid connection. So from last one month i have not recharged my mobile because i dont know when these people will deactivate my sim.

so from last one month i am not able to do outgoing calls.

Now after more than one month my sim deactivated my sim (for which i must have called them more than 30- 40 times) it is not getting activated. When i call up they say it is under processing.

Now from last two days i m not even able to receive imcoming calls.

It is got very frustating now and i am looking out for other service providers.
