My new cell hanging a lot from day 1 and no fix is found for it

i bought a new nokia c6 from nokia priority dealer 2 weeks back and this cell hangs a lot from day 1..A lot of people who bought this same cell are facing simalar problems and nokia has not found a fix to it as yet... please help me on what to do... the cell costed me 13500 rs... its hard earned money gone to waste si
