I went Amutham Ration Shop (No.007) today (12.01.2012) situated in Pudupet, Chennai 600002 at 11.50 hrs. When I entered into the shop, the in-charge of the shop instructed me to go out since he has to close the shop; I politely asked him to supply the things available to my ration card; but he denied even to listen my requirements and shouted rudely as the working hours of the shop is over, I should come only at 3.30 pm ; When I visited the shop two days (10.01.2012) back around 4.30 pm., he told that the working hours of the shop was over and I should attend in the forenoon; The working hours of the shop didn't be exhibited in front of the shop; Necessary enquiries may kindly be made to avoid hardships in buying things from this ration shop and take necessary action on the erring staff of this shop &protect the rights of the consumers.
